Challenges

In-depth analysis of project progress results, providing detailed insights into project schedule quality and performance trends based on period or task dimensions; and common key progress performance Indexes include SPI , BEI , CEI, SCI , TFCI, CPTF , among others. The definition and calculation rules of Indexes can also be configured based on the characteristics of the enterprise and project.
